Hello all! I am going to show you what’s in my cheer bag. I mainly take my cheer bag to competitions with me. (I didn’t feel like taking pictures of my actual items, so I found the same exact items online!)
This is my backpack! I have it in black. It has great quality, and a great price. I got it from omnicheer.com
We use this sparkly orange eye shadow for competitions (the top color on the eye). It’s kind of annoying, but it is really pretty.
Next, I pack this bright red lipstick by wet n wild, to put on for our performance. It ends up rubbing off before we even perform.
Blush adds to one of the many products we have to put on our face. This is the pink blush by covergirl we use for competitions.
I take this little Advil bottle in case if anyone gets hurt, or has a headache.
I’ll take my knee brace sometimes just in case if my knee feels weak, and hurts. Lately I haven’t been needing it!
If I don’t forget, I’ll take 2 wrist braces for the bases. Sometimes their wrists will start hurting, so I like to be prepared. 😉
I pack my cheer uniform to. (I couldn’t find a picture of it)
We usually go to competitions around fall/winter time. Instead of freezing to death, I’ll put my Adidas pants over my uniform. I’m so happy I got them! They were on sale to!

Hey guys! Yes, I know, I haven’t posted in ages. Sorry about that. Well…….. I GOT MY STANDING BACK TUCK FINALLY! I was so happy when I did it, because I’ve been trying to get it for a long time. The pressure level was kinda extreme while I was trying to get it because I had to be able to do it before competition, which is in November. I’m so excited now that I finally have a new skill. I’m so thankful I have an encouraging coach that helps spot my tumbling, and continues to work with me.

I’m making a new series! Hope you like it! So, summer is almost here, I love shopping for swimsuits! But, the world offers a lot of pretty skimpy and “sexy swimwear” which isn’t good. It’s good to cover up so guys won’t look at you in a wrong way. Thongs? Got to go. Tops showing cleavage? Bye now! Start wearing more modest swimsuits. Here’s some picture of cute modest swimsuits I really like.It’s ok to wear 2 pieces, but only if it covers body parts. 🙂 If you don’t agree with me, that’s ok. A lot of people think it’s ok to wear skimpy bikinis. I just like to think what guys would think on the beach. “Hey that’s a nice swimsuit!” Or “That’s a little too much going on ( bad thoughts follow on )”. Think about it.

Hi guys! Welcome back! Here’s a tutorial from sevengymnasticsgirls on how to do a front walkover. TAKE YOU TIME ON THIS SKILL! It took me while to get this skill. If your still having trouble getting over ( coming up ) on this skill, Try push off your hand ( blocking ) more. The flexibility will come in time. Try doing a couple handstands, and pushing off your arms . You don’t have to have a trampoline to practice those drills. Good luck!
